The rules we keep on every job.

Construction runs on trust, and trust works best in writing. Here's how every engagement works, no matter who brings us in.

Agreement first.

Before we buy anything, we sign a co-sell or partnership agreement that fits the job.

Same boat, same numbers.

Everyone on the agreement sees the same pricing. No side deals.

Our role is on paper.

If a sub brings us in, we're on the agreement together. If a GC brings us in, we're named as the supplier or the prime on our scope.

Alternates go to the designer.

Substitutions go through the people who own the spec, with the data to support them.
